HOTEL INFORMATION

The conference will be held at the AC Hotel by Marriott Fort Worth Downtown, and reservations can be made via the link below. SWACJ has negotiated a stellar group rate for hotel rooms for our members and we encourage staying at the conference hotel, if possible.

  • Hotel Rate: $204.00/night (single/double/triple/quad occupancy) + taxes/fees

  • Valet Parking: $25 (day use), $48 (overnight), $60 (oversized)
  • Check-in Time: 3:00pm CST
  • Check-out Time: 11:00am CST
  • The nearest airport to Fort Worth is Dallas/Ft. Worth (DFW) Airport which is 20.3 miles away from the conference hotel. Other nearby airports include Dallas (DAL) (28.7 miles), Waco (ACT) (77.8 miles) and Killeen (GRK) (119.3 miles). The hotel offers valet parking only, however there is paid street parking available nearby and a paid parking garage at 5th and Houston close to the hotel.
  • The cut-off date for hotel reservations is September 15, 2025 or until the room block is filled. The group rate for the conference hotel is significantly cheaper

  • The hotel rate is independent of SWACJ conference registration fees. All attendees, presenters, and student competitors will be required to register for the conference.

Pre-Registration Fees (before 10/1/25):

  • Educator/Professional: $150.00
  • Student: $75.00

On-Site Registration Fees (after 10/1/25):

  • Educator/Professional: $300.00
  • Student: $150.00
