Conference Registration Information
The hotel rate is independent of SWACJ conference registration fees. All attendees, presenters, and student competitors will be required to register for the conference. The fees for conference registration are outlined below, which include a ticket to the luncheon on Thursday, October 9, and a one-year membership to SWACJ (valid from October 1, 2025, to October 11, 2026).
Pre-Registration (before 10/1/25):
- Educator/Professional: $150.00
- Student: $75.00
On-Site Registration Fees (after 10/1/25):
- Educator/Professional: $300.00
- Student: $150.00
